Bit of a cluster. I showed my DoorDash pickup order and receipt, still took 10 or 15 minutes for them to figure out I ordered... for myself and wasn't a driver. To be fair they said the Dasher and I had the same name. It was gross that they gave me thewrong pizza, I took it to my car; they had to take back and give to the Dasher. I hadn't touched it but the sticker on the pizzabox was loose and they didn't even check. Minus 2 stars due to confusion on their end and pizza was cold. Read more
This place has an employee who's b/f or husband drew a gun on me in the parking lot. I talked to the corporate office about it;... there are no cameras on the property and I guess I am not going to be hearing their deepest apologies (which they owe me). I ordered thru Door Dash Saturday. Oct,8,2022 at 9:15p. The personal size pizza was the BEST bar none. I had Alfredo sauce... instead of the marinara sauce, sausage, green peppers, pineapple and mushrooms. This combo is just out of this world. I alsoordered the cinnamon sticks. I never had the cinnamon sticks before and they were ok..way too many ..I only had 2 of them. Sonothing wrong with food and it was delivered on time BUT I was quite concerned with the packaging. The pizza box wasn?tclosed..in fact. The pizza was hanging out of the box. There were grease spots all over the bag. The cinnamon stick box wasclosed properly. I was so concerned about the pizza I almost chunked it but my hunger won so I devoured 3 slices (out of4). The pizza was so good I?ll probably do a pick up next time?which will be in the very near future. Read more
I order from here at least once a month. The Thin n' Crispy pizza is the same from my youth and I love it. They have good pastas... for a takeout pizza place. They've gotten a lot smaller portion-wise but it is what it is. My store on Zebulon Rd rarely gets itwrong. New pastas this time, pan pizza, thin pizza, cheese sticks, wings. The driver never showed up with the food. He stated it was out of the jurisdiction. The store is 8 minutes away and 3.5 Miles... away. I went to the store and showed the manager it on GPS and was informed we do deliver there. How is it I just moved to thearea from NYC and I know more about the area than a home born and bread native? The edge pizza was the worst. Toppings were almost not there. I could count 20 pepperoni on the entire LARGE pizza. For the... price I paid I would have expected more toppings, and I requested it to be cut into squares which it was not and the request wasnoted on the receipt. If I had another chance I would not have ordered dinner for my family from here. The only good thing wasthe customer service, very friendly staff!!!! The pizza was burnt on top which anyone could clearly see (photo of the pizza posted in photos). It ruined my appetite for... pizza. The supervisor was willing to remake the pizza, but I had already gotten home. After watching the movie ?waiting,? Idon?t like taking remade food after making a complaint. Just check your pizza before leaving the store. Note: I ordered fromthis pizza hut about once or twice a mont , they have messed up my order about 3 times. Quality control was an issue on thisday. Dropping rating. Used to be an amazing Pizza Hut location. Got the new melts, and it's basically just crust - very little cheese... and meat. Boxes were not taped properly - so what's the point? And last time I ordered chicken Alfredo and it had no chicken. Read more
