This location absolutely CANNOT GET AN ORDER CORRECT. The last 3 times we have ordered from there the order has been wrong, the... pizza half-cooked, and the attitudes of the employees is horrific. Didn't get a chance to order, girl who answered was rude, said it would take 2 1/2 hrs for delivery , I asked why, in a rude... voice she said cause we only got one driver. So then I was in the middle of saying "okay, I will get carry out then" when I wasput on an abrupt hold of 5 mins almost in hopes of me hanging up I'm sure, of course I did. We placed an order using the app. The app said it was delivered but it wasn?t. I called the DoorDasher and he said when he... arrived at the store he was told another dasher had picked up the order. I called the store and was placed on hold. After beingon hold for 15 minutes I called back and was instantly placed on hold without a greeting. I called back 3 times and each time Iwas placed on hold without being greeted. Completely unacceptable customer service. After I blocked my number and called back a6th time the store rep answered and asked me to hold for the manager. The manager Darrius was kind and stated he was going torefund the purchase and still provide the pizza for the inconvenience. So my husband had to drive up there and get the order.I?m not sure who?s fault this is, doordash or papa John?s, but we?ve never had bad service until doordash became affiliated.Kudos to the manager for making it right, but still a huge headache.
