Went on the inside to get 2 Frappuccinos for my children. There were 5 ppl in line infront of me. There was only 1 cashier. He... worked well under the pressure. Staff was friendly. Ordered a 4b. Spicy Chicken, no pickles. They ended up giving me a spicy deluxe. Fries were stale. Tried to get someones... attention so they can re make it but no one came. Only good that came out of it was my soda. Wouldn't recommend. Read more
They should chose who they put at the drive through windows more carefully because the young person at the window seemed like he... didn't want to be bothered when I told him that my coffee order was wrong he threw his head back and looked at the ceiling, thenwhen I asked was they still working on the breakfast sandwich I ordered after waiting what felt like over fifteen minutes hesaid yes, but the sandwich was sitting behind him the whole time. He handed out the window and closed it before I could ask forsome strawberry jelly. I had to wave at him a couple of times and wait for him to look at the ceiling again before he came backto the window. Read more

This is a 24 hr store. We went thru drive thru tonight prior to 9pm. Got up to order board right at 9pm. Car in front of us... ordered... then nothing. Ended up going to pay window and employee just waved us off and started shutting off lights. 30minlater cars are still lined up to order because drive thru lights, order board McD sign were still on. Very rude gal at the front register. I could tell I wasn't welcome there. McDonald's has changed over the years it's true, but... there's still a little bit of customer service required at fast food. They got my order wrong. I ordered a double quarterpounder with cheese. They put in the double quarter pounder with cheese meal and then they left one patty off my double quarterpounder. I didn't complain about them putting the meal in because I figured hey I'll get some fries, but I had just orderedwater anyway. So I paid for a drink for nothing. I didn't want to complain because the girls so rude and I could tell I wouldonly get backlash. Some things aren't worth it anymore at places like this. Date of visit: 01/21/2022 I stopped in for a Coke and to use the restroom The men's bathroom needed to be cleaned, as well as... the floors in the restaurant. The outside was littered with cigarette butts, a few pieces of trash. The individual taking myorder was nice. My drink arrived as ordered. Read more
The McDonald's on Pionono and Eisenhower in Macon:the big Mac was terrible it was overcooked so badly it had NO TASTE!!! It took... the cashier over 5min to take my order and it was NOT THAT BUSY BEHIND THE COUNTER! In the future I'll try a McDonalds onanother side of town,that is....
