Me and my husband came in to get a bite to eat after a long day of work. We ordered from the kiosk since nobody was at the... register. As we sat and waited for our food 2 of the employees had an argument about being irritated and busy. Customers infront of us was missing items and waited for a period of time..Bad enough that we waited 30 mins for 2 meals. At that point Iwas ready to go, so this is what you call ?FAST FOOD? ha!! Drive thru if you use it avoid at all cost. You grow older by using it and can even see your kids graduate right when you get... your order so I went inside and to my amazement still slow. Hamburgers over cooked, fries where bland, soda flat and employeelegs gave out guess being over worked and pregnant so more commotion to the mix. Good service should be rewarded! The inverse, ah well, it should be reviewed with the hope of an improvement. This restaurant... got one out of three items right in my drive through order this morning, the hashbrown. I had also ordered a sausage and eggbiscuit (no cheese), and an extra sausage patty. Never have I taken an order back and demanded a refund until here. Sent my daughter in to place an order not only was it wrong... they didn't want to listen when my daughter was trying to tell them. They upset her. She comes out about to cry and hands me thebag. I send her back in. Nope they send her out with a cheeseburger. Still not right. So I send her in again. They charge herthis time but the order is still wrong. So I go in with all the food and tell them I need to see a manager. She didn't seem tocare.
