I gave only 3 stars because I'm not really a fan of this restaurant because sometimes I go they have rude employees and... sometimes they have some really nice employees sometimes their food is good and sometimes it just looks like trash, I reallyonly go to McDonald's when my son wants McDonald's, I used to eat it when we lived in Atlanta, now that we've moved to Macon, Ipersonally don't even eat their food anymore because I've had way to many bad experiences personally at different locations herein Macon, now I'll only go to a McDonald's if my son wants their spicy chicken sandwich, and really that's all he eats fromtheir, not this location but McDonald's as a company really needs to step their game up, because I don't know anyone personallythat even eats McDonald's anymore Read more
Horrible customer service, managers was rude employees don?t know what there doing and are also rude , I went through the drive... through and they got my order wrong then when I had too get out of my car defeating the point of going through the drive in thefirst place and went inside they would not correct my order and actually still got my order wrong again so I left fed up andcheated PLUS they can?t even make a cheese burger correctly it?s all off center and one pickle? Asked for a cheeseburger with ketchup only, they got it wrong then refused to fix it because the line was backed up. Probably... because they kept getting people's orders wrong. Horrible service. Read more
