The 17 year old manager and fellow employees steal money from customers and fellow employees. There's a bug infestation. The... store smells. It's filthy. And employee morale is trash. Hire better workers. No one wants soft, half cooked waffles. No onewants to tip someone that rolls their eyes when customers walk in. Or stands around texting. Took my 3 kids to go get ice cream after school. Sat down and started to eat and found a hair in my ice cream. Told the girl... behind the counter about it and she decided to give me an attitude about it and gave me a second cup. Found another hair in mynew cup of ice cream told the same girl behind the counter about it she decided to give me more attitude about it so I justasked for a refund at no point did I get a simple apology just a lot of attitude.
