If I could, I would give this store a ZERO...rude Cashier in drive thru. We couldn't understand what she was saying so we ask... the same question next thing we heard was "WOULD YOU LIKE TO ORDER" our reply that's OK, then she had the nerve to say Thankyou...this is another reason why the sales are low...Poor customer service. This experience was unacceptable!!! For the service to be as selfish of there own needs show the lack of professionalism the... company except to where the customer's need come behind employees need to hang out the window to beg for cigarettes. Doesn'tseem management adequately understand core values to a company to think I would like my burgers with no fries, to think thatcoming the next day to rectify a problem by offering fries only... unacceptable... I asked for 12 Krystal half with cheese half without cheese. I was charged for the cheese but didn't get any. ???? Then I... ordered a chocolate milkshake and vanilla milkshake. Didn't get those because they sold them to the customer in front of us.Then I replaced my shake with a cherry coke slushie and the guy tried to give me a fruit punch and coke slushie. Read more
