I went to this establishment on a whim on Friday night. I was having a rough day and decided to go eat alone. But the troubles... of my day left as soon as I walked into the restaurant, the owner welcomed me with the biggest, most genuine smile I?ve seen ina while. She seated me at a table, took my order, filled my water, and cooked the food. all by herself. She was the only personworking that whole night. But throughout all the stress she still delivered 10/10 customer service to me, and the people I heardher serving around me. And the food speaks for itself. The beef ramen was the best I?ve had in my life. And the streameddumplings almost brought tears to my eyes. Moral of the story is, go here. Read more

As a guy that has been surrounded by the Korean community for more that half his life, it's hard to find Korean food can slay my... cravings ( I'm from Los Angeles ). I'm always looking for a taste of home. Kimchi Factory hit the spot. The food was great. Theprices are as well ( I think most Korean food in GA is priced the same). My only issue was the lack of waiters...which isn't theowner's fault. If you're in the area, I'd recommend trying this place out. Read more

We ordered dumpling ramen and it was so disappointing. The noodles is instant noodles and they charge almost $15 for that. The... namul (side) doesn?t have sesame oil at all. The kimchi is old. The bibimbap was cold and so does the egg on top of it. Thewhole thing is just a joke. Read more

I went to the Kimchi Factory. I got the beef Bolgogi for $20. I only got a little bit of meat and some rice. The soup was mostly... water. I waited 1 1/2 hour for food. Outside this place there is nowhere to park. They all have no parking signs. The Kimchifactory only has about 6 parking spaces in the front. I think the woman works there because of slave labor because she was sountidy. I FOUND A HAIR IN MY FOOD! Read more
