Horrible customer service a hour after our mobile order was placed someone called me to tell me they had no drivers!
Ordered online. Sandwich was made as requested and was ready on arrival.
This is time #2 and that's it for this place. Not very friendly, made completely wrong, and going a little heavy on let's put... as little amount on the bread as we can and hopefully it'll taste like a sandwich. (Example slices of tomatoes just a bit biggerthan a quarter and only 4 of them) Will never be back this quality is because of the lack of management. Just wounder how theseemployees would react receiving same kind of service and food they serve to everyone else. Read more
Super convenient location-- Close to tons of businesses downtown, and right next to the hospital. If you're walking in,... great... If you're driving there, parking is awful. And if you're considering delivery, JUST DON'T. It's absolutely awful. "Freaky fast" is a joke-- Our office is only about a mile away and it always takes at least 30-45 minutes, most of the time overan hour. Multiple times, we've waited over 2 hours and when we call to check order status, we're told "Oh, none of our driversshowed up today." This location DOES NOT PRIORITIZE DELIVERY. Read more
I was in there Tuesday June 28, 2022 evening and had the best service. There was only one young man in there and he had the... best attitude. He made a great sandwich and I enjoyed chatting with him. My husband had been in the hospital and I took amuch needed break. I'm glad I met this young man and him glad I chose the location by the hospital. Thank yiu! Read more
As mobile mechanics, we appreciate options that keep us on the move and feeling good. It's super convenient to place app orders... and pick up in-store. Kept it light with an Unwich and it was fresh and delicious! We thought we were fast, but the guys are"freaky fast". Read more
Terrible delivery times, and horrible customer service. Called to tell them one of my sides had a huge scoop taken out of it and... the employee laughed and said, "No problem." then hung up the phone. And they wonder why everyone prefers Firehouse and Subway. Read more
