The curbside app never seems to work. Today was the third time I tried the "I'm here" button with no response and eventually had... to call the store. I ordered one sandwich with two items added which was clearly on the receipt and sticker on the bag and theemployee stated it over phone but when my daughter opened the sandwich both items were missing from the sandwich. There is noexcuse for missing this. The store was not overly busy but how hard is it to quickly look over the sticker to make sure item iscorrect before putting it into the bag. I'm not sure if I will be ordering here again since they consistently mess up simpleorders. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. They're also shorting us on the meat quantity. See through slices andonly two insanely thin slices on each half... definitely not worth the price even with a deal. Read more

We tried this place today while visiting. Very delicious subs. Lots of seating. Very clean interior. I enjoyed this experience.

I don't normally have a bad experience at Jimmy John's, but today was the exception. I ordered for 6 people online. 2 of us... ordered turkey. When my order was confirmed, turkey was listed on our sandwiches. When I called to see if the order was readyfor pickup, nobody advised me anything was different about my order. When my employee went to pick up the order, he said therewas a big sign on the door stating they had no turkey. But he didn't know that 2 of us ordered turkey. So when the order gotback to our office, the 2 of us who ordered turkey - got ham instead. Since neither of us eats pork, our sandwiches were tossedand we did without lunch. Waste of time and money. I would like to try Jimmy John's, but I don't know if I will because of so much negative feedback from other coustomers... experience. Maybe one day I will give you a try. It may help if you have a employee workshop to teach your employees aboutcoustomer interaction. Read more

The tall Black guy who was supposed to have my sandwich finished before i arrived considering i ordered online 15 minutes before... arriving but he didn't so I waited about 10 minutes after arriving{no one waiting in line} to get my order was he was unfriendlyand acted as though he didn't want to serve me i suppose i wasn't the right color. The food was ok thus the 3 stars. Ia noticedthat someone on these reviews keep saying share your feedback with the owners. Heck just fix problems its apparently the helpersthere. Read more

First time ever eating Jimmy John's, was not impressed. I mean it's a sandwich, I guess I was expecting a little more from the... hyped up Commercials. Personnel was not the most helpful and bread was pretty tough to bite into. I will try again, just at adifferent location. Read more
