The customer service is trash. The last two times I came have been horrible. There were only 3 customers in the restaurant the... first time I came and I had to wait over 35 minutes just to place my order after sitting down. 6 staff members looked right atme and my family and kept gossiping as if they weren't at work. Then the waitress who gave me and my family drinks coughed rightover them. Good Gracious!!!! The second time I came, I had placed an order online. While I was picking up my food the lady whogave me my food kept denying I ordered a drink with my food until she printed out the receipt and saw I actually ordered one.The food wasn't even that great. THIS PLACE IS GOING DOWNHILL. Hire better people please or pay them more so they give a dang. Read more
Party of 12 trying have a family meal after going thru our Dad?s house for one of the last times following his passing. Server... greeted us and asked how many. When we said 12 you could see her facial expression change and said to give her a moment. Shewent to the back and NEVER returned!!! There may have been 4 guests in the entire restaurant and when we saw one have toliterally go to the kitchen to ask for help we decided it was time to go. Read more
Fantastic experience! Our waiter Captain Charles was phenomenal! Best server we?ve ever had at a restaurant! We live in Florida... but when we come back to Georgia we will definitely be back to see our favorite server! Also, the food was wonderful. It cameout super fast. Wanted to take my Nephews out for breakfast at IHOP as we have havnt been in years. Now although our waitress was nice, we... waited almost 2 hours to eat and then one of the orders were still wrong as it was uncooked. Now they came and took the orderback to Remake it but by then everything else had gotten cold. We watched as many people got up and left as they were literallywaiting forever to eat or even get a menu, I have never seen this before in my life. When I finally just asked for the ticket westill HAD TO WAIT EVEN MORE. FOR THE TICKET!! Our appetite was completely ruined, so got ready to leave and asked them ourselves did they want to be paid or now cause we were about to leave. Then have the right to charge us for $58 and that's afterthey removed the order they messed up. I just can't recommend IHOP, I can't would have been better off cooking breakfast at homeor going to the Huddle House . Read more
My waitress was really sweet, but the kitchen was HORRIBLE. Waited 30 mins for my food. I pretty much order the same item... everytime I visit IHOP. I've never gotten a Spinach and Mushroom omelette that looks like this. Gave me salsa instead ofhollandaise sauce, used a cheese slice instead of shredded jack and cheddar. Pancakes were hot, omelette was warm, bacon andsausage was COLD. If I wasn't starving I would've asked for a refund and eaten somewhere else. Read more
Update 1/22/22: THANK YOU! Maybe new management? Beautiful steak omelette for delivery! Forgot my syrup but I can forgive since... I had my own. Last year: This place is getting progressively worse. My Spinach Mushroom omelette looked terrible with overcooked edges. My side of sausage was abysmal. They were tiny and burnt, less than half the size from last time. I assume theytried to make up for this by putting ham in my vegetarian omelette. This was all pick up so I didn't see the food before myfriend picked it up. Sausage may be Corona related but they should just take it off the menu. Also, service wasn't great beforepandemic. Workers aren't even wearing masks anymore. Read more
Customer service was a 4 out of 10. It took over 10 min for someone to come and greet us. It wasn't busy. She wasn't mean but... she wasn't friendly. She looked like she didn't want to be there. Today was a different experience for me from last month. The food was different in presentation possibly because the cook was... different than last month. The atmosphere was solemn not holiday spirit. I also had an offensive experience that I will reachout to the manager for. Overall please IHOP Don't let this location go out of business just because it needs a little bit moreattention. Read more
