RIDICULOUS!!! I have been waiting over 1 hour for my order I placed in store. Everyone has gotten their order before me. The guy... finally asked me what name my order was under, and he looks at the ?tickets? on the line and is confused. They apparently?already made my order? and someone else took it???? I had to verbally tell them my order again over the counter as they madeit. I?ve been here wasting my life for over an hour, waiting for nothing. Why is this place even open if they can?t keepemployees in to take and make orders? I?m so livid right now! NO appreciation for customer?s time, NO organization, NO carewhatsoever. Read more
Do not go to this location! They are so unorganized. The people behind the counter were laughing and joking. I put my order in... online and it was not ready when I got there. 2 people walked in after I did and got their order before I did. The girl got anattitude when I asked if mine was coming and was grumbling under her breath saying "I hate when people do that" Will not go tothis one ever again. Read more

USED TO EAT ONLY FIREHOUSE WHEN I WANTED A SUB. THEN ANOTHER SUB SHOP CAME ALONG AND BEAT FH OUT ON FRESHNESS. TODAY I DECIDED... TO GIVE FH ANOTHER SHOT. ROOM TEMP SANDWICH, LEFT COOKIE OFF MY ORDER (NO BIGGIE I KNOW, BUT IT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR AND JUSTSHOWS THAT THEY DON'T CHECK THEIR ORDERS). The young man and lady working today were absolutely delightful even though they were the only employees working. This is... certainly nothing new for any restaurant to be short staffed these days. A customer called and was none too nice on the phonebecause he did not want to wait a moment as the lady was finishing up with the customer at the register. I know this because wecould hear him as he rudely interrupted her and announced he would just order online which he probably should have done in thefirst place. It?s easier on everyone. There is no reason to be ugly and show your rear end to everyone you deemdeserving. Hopefully, this guy ordered himself a brownie which are the best in town if not downright magical. I hate people, butthose brownies would make even Satan tolerable. Read more
Zero stars if possible. I think they got mad cause I didn?t donate to the fireman?s fund. Guess I should have spent the extra... .28 cents. The food is definitely a 5 for me but it's kind of one of those deals where, if you don't like it you probably ordered something... you just simply didn't like so don't take the 4 star rating as a slight. I definitely love the fact they they have one of thosefreestyle drink machines bc I can actually enjoy the drink I want there. The staff is definitely younger and I'd say lesspolished but they are still nice enough and do what is required. This particular venture I got the new pizza sub and I was notdisappointed. You can't ever go wrong with a meatball sub but then they add the pepperoni on top and it makes it into a cheesierpizza version of the meatball sub. My gf got the hook and ladder and that's always her go to. Will definitely be back as thefood is consistent and fresh! Read more
