Never have I ever gotten a bad sub at Firehouse Subs "UNTIL" I visited this location. The bread was hard. I ordered double meat... for my husband which I didn't get. We literally threw them in the trash. They just weren't good or Firehouse quality!! Both werecold and dry! Read more

Clean place. Friendly service. I go before lunch hour so fast service then.
Friendly greeting by line crew upon arrival, which is a good touch and personal connection. Server was attentive, listened, and... made sure my order was prepared correctly. Really good atmosphere, and I feel my business was appreciated. Will surely goback. Read more

Monday I ordered lunch . Sandwich was 18 bucks for the add ons that I wanted. Got home to find nothing that I paid extra for on... my sandwich. Called the store . Spoke with the GM who was very nice and professional. She told me to come back anytime for aremake! Called today for a remake. Told them I?d come get it around 2:30 ish. Due to my sons appointment lasting a little toolong I got there later than expected. When I arrived I was greeted by FANNIE. Who stated my sandwich had been sitting too longand she will have them remake it . I appreciated her for that. Got home to find my sandwich still incorrect. I called there andasked for the GM. FANNIE stated she was the shift manager for tonight. I began explaining to her how my sandwich was incorrect.She asked what was wrong, I said I paid for extra meat and it?s not on here, banana peppers, and black olives. She rudely said ?well I watched them put extra meat on there so that is on there? I said ok my other toppings aren?t. She then rudely said ? wellthe only thing you can do is come get another one? I came back for a 3rd time for a remake. She was very rude and unprofessionalin the store in front of the other customers and put them in our conversation asking them about our phone conversation ( howunprofessional)! I get my sandwich, get home. Guess what???? Still wrong!!!!! No bacon. The club comes with bacon. At this pointI called corporate and went back for a 4th time this time requesting my money back which she only tried to give me 7$ back andmy sandwich with taxes was $18.17!!!!!!!! As I walked to the door the whole team from tonight May 25th 2022 began laughing andsaying things. See it?s too much horse play!!! This has been one of my favorite Friday lunch spots over the last several years. Service was very poor today at lunch. Long wait... and once I got the sandwich was sloppily prepared.
