Staff is very friendly. Line can get a little long sometimes. But overall great customer service and wonderful drinks.
Friendly service, which goes a long way, but I ordered 25 ct glazed munchkins and a croissant. When I got to work, I opened the... munchkins and only 6 were glazed and the rest were a mixture of donuts we don't like so the majority of that box was trashed.Also, my croissant was hard around the edges and 1/2 of that got trashed as well. I purchased my first home and moved to North Macon almost a month ago and I absolutely love this location! My order is always... correct and they are so polite. Back where I?m from, Columbus, the service can be really spotty, so it?s refreshing to haveconsistent great service at this Dunkin. I go by almost every morning after getting my son on the bus, and even if there is aline, they move very quickly so I?m able to get back home and clock in on time. Thank you so much! Read more

Even though they were short staffed, they were friendly. I was happy with my coffee that tasted too good to be sugar-free! This... is obviously a popular location with loyal customers based on the crowd. I signed up for the app and it made ordering nice andeasy.
