I rarely leave a review for Dunkin, let alone a good one. But, I work in pest control and come here pretty often. This one... is the best one in middle ga by far. Service is slow, they charge a 1.00 for a individual serving of strawberry creamed cheese, it should be free if you have... purchased a breakfast item such as bagels or crossissants. Read more

They were a bit busy last time I went. But the manager was there and quickly stepped in to assist on the order. The staff there... are very busy handling drive thru orders but all was accomplished and the trip was a success. Read more
I have been coming here for 4 months since my child has been in the children?s hospital across the street. Customer service is... terrible. My order has been wrong a lot in drive thru. Today I ordered 2 turkey sausage egg and cheese wake up wraps and Onecroissant. They gave me 3 croissants. Went inside spoke with the manager and she said she has been getting a lot of compliants.If they were to let go of the people that?s causing the issue then she would be working all day. Well sometimes you have toweave out the bad ones to have a good one. She was nice the manager and understanding. Overall this Dunkin needs a new staff. Read more
Ordered 2 large Carmel macchiato ..received 2 plain macchiato drinks..ordered a 25 count assorted munchkins and received a 25... count of all plain. Said something to the young lady abt the munchkins being wrong and she just said oh I'm sorry to you want mesee if someone can fix it. Despite the trying times of COVID and decreased staff, I enjoyed my food and coffee. It was a godsend to a group of us waiting... in the ER overnight to refresh ourselves at 5am. The sausage croissant is divine and iced coffee hit the SPOT. Thanks DD crew???? Read more
The person at the drive thru was rude to begin with. Then I come home and the grilled cheese looks like this. It?s not hard to... place a piece of bread on top of another, especially when it hardens in that position. I can?t believe the people that choose towork here are getting paid to do the bare minimum and waste my money. If you don?t like it quit, but don?t take it out on mygrilled cheese. Read more
