Ordered lunch and a milk shake, food came out very quickly but they forgot my milkshake. No problem, but when I went to the... counter I had to wait forever for them to make it, only to get in my car to find out I was given the wrong flavor. Even though Itold the guy it was strawberry AND HE LOOKED AT MY RECIEPT he still have me disgusting vanilla. I didn't eat it and my money waswasted. I have never had bad service until today. I was waiting at the drive thru speaker for someone to answer. An assiciate came out... to start taking orders and she started with the car behind me but I still had not ordered. When she came up to me she was notnice she took my order then I proceeded to the receipt area where I was told there was no order for me after she called to seeif my order was taken. I then had to reorder and was double charged. The only saving grace to this experience was the nice youngman who gave me my food. He fixed the double charge and was very polite doing so. He salvaged my whole experince. Read more

We were traveling home to Florida from a long week at camp in Tennessee. We stopped in at this location and had the best... customer service. When I got to the counter to order, I was greeted and asked how my day was going and I told the woman at theregister that I was just passing through to go home. Minutes later when I got my food, the same woman told me to be safe on mytrip home. Then, there was a couple sitting near us with infant twins and another small child. One of the employees made sure tocheck in with them to see if they needed anything and even helped pick something up for them that fell on the floor while thebabies were feeding. It?s the attention to detail in taking care of customers that was so impressive to me. I?ll definitely bemaking this the location I stop at when I pass through Macon. Read more
I enjoy the quick service and relevant accuracy, and overall am satisfied with getting things here. But look at how tiny these... nuggets are that my uncle got!! Too small. Overall worth it if you get an actual sandwich or something. Read more
