Ordered lunch and a milk shake, food came out very quickly but they forgot my milkshake. No problem, but when I went to the... counter I had to wait forever for them to make it, only to get in my car to find out I was given the wrong flavor. Even though Itold the guy it was strawberry AND HE LOOKED AT MY RECIEPT he still have me disgusting vanilla. I didn't eat it and my money waswasted. I have never had bad service until today. I was waiting at the drive thru speaker for someone to answer. An assiciate came out... to start taking orders and she started with the car behind me but I still had not ordered. When she came up to me she was notnice she took my order then I proceeded to the receipt area where I was told there was no order for me after she called to seeif my order was taken. I then had to reorder and was double charged. The only saving grace to this experience was the nice youngman who gave me my food. He fixed the double charge and was very polite doing so.
