I?ve been a big fan for well over 20 years. For the last 10 years I?ve been a customer at the Bass Road Location. Yesterday, I... ordered lunch for my family and the nuggets tasted burnt and/Or cooked in used old oil. I tried calling the restaurant andphone has gone to voice mail ever since. I recently stepped into the Bass Rd. CFA to pickup a mobile app order and the team working was not friendly, refused to make eye... contact, and my chicken literally was burned. I dine in at the Tom Hill Rd location regularly for breakfast and that team isamazing. This team looked and acted like they were being forced to work. Bad service and food quality makes you just anotherfast food chain. I may start driving past this location and go to Tom Hill all the time. Read more
Just ate there food was great but service slow. I went to get a refill and couldn't get anyone to even look at me! Finally the... guy working the outside widow pointed to me! Probably just a bad night at this location on Bass Rd Macon. The sit down service is entirely too slow. In today?s society... probably not enough employees. Those that were there were extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable! Fries were coldand greasy! The unsweetened tea was in the sweet tea container. Ladies restroom was out of toilet paper. In spite of tryingto change the way you do business, I personally like walking up the counter, ordering and getting my order almost immediatelylike you did some months before at this location!!! First time here, ever. They have great customer service and they have sweet messages on they're bags and straws, etc. Didn't... know they only sell sandwiches, but it tasted good and probably better because they we're so sweet. I got the original withlettuce tomato and a sweet tea. They give you all the sauces you want with no hassle as well, which is great. Read more
We have frequented this CFA often. Almost always they skimp on the fries. The pictures are from two meals I got, and they?re... half full. The people and service are great but the amount of fries given is subpar. Read more
Absolutely terrible experience at Chickfila on Bass Road?. Again! After waiting 15+ minutes in the drive through for my food... (which I ordered on the app) this is what they brought me. I ordered a number one meal with a large fry and a salad. The ?large?fry was supposed to be well done and I got home it was neither large nor well done. I have worked at Chick-fil-A in the past,and even helped open a brand new store. I typically expect my orders to be accurate. Very disappointed in this location.
