An hour wait in drive through . Stuck in line couldn?t back up or move forward .Once I made it to the window . The food was not... ready I was told it was the new grill that?s causing the delay. It?s always this way slow but this Thursday night wasridiculous. I was then told after an additional twenty five more minutes at the drive through that my food was up but it wasn?tHad I not already paid for it I would have left like the person did before me Late for work so I just asked for my money back.The dirty looking unprofessional manager comes to the window complaining about the grill not working I said Had you mention thatI would have ordered fried! He asked for my recipe and even the wanted the teas back He didn?t apologize nor tried to make itright. When I mentioned that He said I did tell you I can give you anything fried!!! Stupid I should have been told that over anhour agoAt lease he could have offered me to keep the Tea After sitting in line for over an hour???? Never again! Read more
The food was very good for service was good but inside of the establishment it was very hot did not enjoy that
Food was good. We did how ever had to wait awhile to order in drive through and their were only 2cars in front of us. Then we... had to wait awhile to get our food. Prices are extremely high considering the service isn't so great. Read more
The worst service. They play over your food and are not considerate of anyone's time. Edited to say it's even worse now. The... girl with the grey synthetic on top her head was licking all of her fingers touching things on the back counter and the computerscreen... I asked the manager to ask her to wash her hands and she got upset and loud with me and slammed her drink on thecounter the manager asked her to wash her hands and she refused and walked out. The old lady at the register was like you knowthey say the customer is always right and laughed. This store is gross, just make the extra trip to Thomaston. Seems like they keep going down hill each time I go it's worse! Went today fries looked old and soft,crab cakes was... burned,second plate was wrong,you have to wait for nothing that's proper..this place has really changed. ????Extremely long wait!!! I am a delivery driver - the longer I wait the more money I lose. Time is money. I had 2 orders to... pick-up - neither was started until I arrived. This doesn't happen at other restaurants I deliver for. I am dispatched torestaurants when an order is within in 5 minutes or less to be ready. I arrive, state the customers name & order number, theyhand me the order because it's READY and most of us in this business want our customers to receive their orders while they arestill hot.
