So upset. App order problem. 5 emails and still not resolved. They won't even answer me now. Went to store to get order and was... advised it was too old for them to honor?? My card was charged and I presented all of the emails and my card as well as my ordernumber...but I am still waiting for a resolution ???? Read more
Friendly drive thru experience at the restaurant on Pio nono Ave. In macon GA. Colin had a smile and made sure he heard my... order correctly. The beautiful young lady at the food pass window was the friendliest and most customer service minded person Ihave come in contact with in a couple of years. She took time to check with me on the order and anything else I might haveneeded or desired. It was a very pleasant experience which brightened my day. Her name, I believe is Kitiaria (I know Ibutchered her name and I'm so happy about that but she will know who I'm talking about.) She cares for her customers and makesherself available to work the window so she can take care of them. I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart. Read more
I haven't eaten burger king in awhile some months actually. Decided to stop by this pio nono location on the way to work a... couple mornings for quick breakfast bite. And let me just say so far they have not disappointed me yet. Hopefully they will keepup the great customer service. And the handsome young man with the locs who does drive thru in the mornings adds to experiencelol. Keep up the great job BK! Read more
My order was incorrect. When I told the supervisor that my lettuce and tomatoes were left off, instead of her just fixing it,... she wanted to blame the girl that rang it up. My chicken sandwich was dry. They still did NOT put the lettuce on it and thetomatoes that were put on it was sour. Read more
Customer service is awful in the evening and food is old. Morning service is wonderful and food is great
