Came here while traveling due to having to evacuate the hurricane, while traveling decided to stop at BK because it's the only... one not completely ran down, my service dog was in my arms, no notices on the door for animals period, but when I told him itwas my service dog I was still asked to leave. That is illegal and I've called corporate and will take this further. Terribleexperience and the workers are dirty. Also, the manager refused to tell me his name, when my friend asked, he covered his nametag and wouldn't tell me but time and date has already been established with corporate and the investigation has began. The speaker needs repair or something. I dread going to this place even though my husband likes it because they always get my... order wrong. I asked for a number 8 (spicy chicken), they gave me a whopper. The owner of this place needs to repair the dangspeaker because the employees were nice enough, but my order is ALWAYS wrong. The tall girl that is normally the inside cashier, is a breath of fresh air., She put my order in a lil different by ordering... value meals and such and it saved me a buck or 2.i think in these high inflation and trying times . I love Burger King especially for offering the impossible whopper, however today, this location offered me the worst experience... I have ever had at a Burger King. My spouse and I both ordered through the app for a drive thru pickup and when I pulled up tothe speaker, I let the employee know about our mobile orders. She told me that it hadn't shown up in the system yet. She told meI could pull up to the window "if I wanted" but when I got to the window, she and another worker yelled at my husband and I andrepeatedly interrupted us raising their voices over us while we were trying to explain about our mobile order and show them ourreceipts from 15 minutes prior. I'm a pretty understanding person and I know that computers can glitch. What I cannot be okaywith is being disrespected and berated by multiple burger King employees when trying to get our food orders or at leastassistance in what we needed to do to get our food. They continued to yell at us and didn't even allow us to fully explain orask questions before demanding that we "pull forward and wait for our orders to show up in their system" for an unknown amountof time. We waited over 30 minutes from start to finish and were met with nothing but rude and condescending behavior andtreatment. We requested refunds and left. I never write negative reviews but I cannot recommend that anyone else waste valuabletime trying to support a restaurant that you love and facing verbal abuse and mistreatment instead. As an additional note, I donot believe that our experience was unique at this location as the gentleman in front of us also waited a long time for hisorder. When they finally brought it out to him, it was incorrect and he had to go back inside and get a new and completelydifferent order than what he originally received. This information was shared with us verbally while our window was rolleddown. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else nearby and avoid this Burger King location. Read more

I mean I don't expect much from fast food these days. I needed something to eat quickly and near my house. It took forever for... someone to take our order through the drive thru. No one was ahead of us. The restaurant looked nearly empty. I ordered aspecific whopper and a coke. When I got to the window, we paid and received our order. I always check my food before we pull offto leave. I was given a regular whopper with everything which was not what I ordered. I told the lady at the window that thiswas not what I ordered. I was given the correct burger but there was no apology for their error. I got the other burger forfree. Thankfully I checked if not it would have been a waste of money and time. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich because my wife had dental surgery and can't eat spicy food, they gave me spicy chicken, I... ordered a burger with NO MAYO, I don't like mayonnaise ...... Passing through and stopped here at the BK Lounge. Staff was very nice and polite. The gentleman that took our order rang us up... and saved us some coin by rearranging how we ordered, that was really nice. The fries and burgers came out hot and delicious,very filling. Glad we stopped by this BK and now we know for the future. Read more
