This burger King in Macon, Georgia is the only bk I have ever been at that had such delightful staff. They welcomed you as soon... as you walked in. They were fast and I mean the best bk ever. Had to ask 3 times to get my change back and waited 30 minutes in line to have my order wrong. Last time I'll be eating here... for certain. Coming from someone that who has worked at a Burger King and someone who works in the food industry there iscertainly room for improvement. Read more
I hadn't been there in years, but they've cleaned the place up a lot. It was clean and the food was fast fresh. I stopped in... for breakfast. They ran out of coffee, but they refilled it immediately. An order was wrong, but they corrected thatimmediately, no problem. I wish every fast food joint was run this well. Read more
I'm about to give up on the food at the Burger King restaurants. Their food has gotten so nasty over the last several years. To... top it off. It's never hot. Always either like warm or just cold. No one likes cold burgers and fries. Especially, if you'repaying these high prices that take out food coast. I've even taken my food back and told them that it wasn't hot only for themto hand me another warm burger. Yep! I think I'm throwing in the towel at Burger King restaurants. About ready to give up on alltake out food. I don't know what they use for meat but it tastes worse than dog food smells and that's pretty bad. And this X-Generational group of people that work at these places act like they don't care one way or another. And not just about your foodbut anything and everything. I don't get it. People, we need to teach our kids how to work, be responsible and take pride inwhat they do. No matter what it is. And last but definitely not least, be respectful. Put your phones down. Better yet! Leaveyour phone in your car and do your work. It's what you're getting paid to do. Grow up! If I were your supervisor. I would fireany one of you that I caught at work and was on the time clock who had a phone on them. Whether I see you using it or not. I normally have very good service here, but today (7/18/2022) was horrible. My order was taken very quickly however they held... the car in front of me at the pay window for almost 10 minutes. I finally called the store while In the drive-through line toask them if they could move the car ahead. I know someone may think this is "entitled behavior" but are we not entitled tobetter service? As someone else mentioned, there is only one way out once you have turned the corner after ordering, so if a caris behind you (in my case there was) you are stuck. If there wasn't a line behind me, I would have driven over the curb and ontheir grass to leave. I saw people drive up, park, go in and come back out with their food and we hadn't moved at all. I amusually very patient when going through the drive-through of any restaurant as I know how difficult this can be, but today wasjust unnecessarily stressful. If the people going in were also forced to wait, then maybe it wouldn't have been so bad. I'm notnecessarily done with Burger King, but I am done with this location. Read more
I went in instead of using my app because my item was not on the app menu but I could it at the counter. i had the greatest... cashier and the service was top notch, I thought I was at that my pleasure restaurant who closes on Sundays. Nevertheless, Istarted not to go to this one because I thought it would be horrible, but they were professional and smiled. This was our first experience eating and ordering at this particular branch of Burger King. Honestly though, it was quite nice,... I wasn't being rushed, bc no one else in drive through. The DT attendant was very nice and very accurate with our order.Everything was good with our order. I would recommend visiting this Bk to anyone looking to get a quick meal on a budget. Read more
