We went there last night for our craving ice cream. Arrived around 8:40pm. I ordered 2 ice cream chocolate cookie chip and... vanilla flavored. The waffles cone is huge in the size which claim to be fresh made was so saggy and doesn't smell good. The icecream was sour. We did one bite and throw everything away. Unfriendly service. Do not recommend this location if you want to be in a good mood when eating your ice cream or donut.
This is by far the rudest group of people on night shift I have ever met. Manger included. I went to pick up an online order and... was told very rudly might I add that they don't make THAT sundae the customer need. So my customer changed to a differentsundae. Then again was told they don't make sundaes at all anymore. DONT MAKE THAT AN ONLINE OPTION!!! ITS NOT MY PROBLEM THATIT CAN BE ORDERED ONLINE!!! Read more
