Don't ever eat here. Went to get a chicken sandwich meal and got food poison. The patty was old and probably had been sitting... under a light all day gathering bacteria. They are lazy and ghetto. Don't ever give them one dime. Will be reporting them tohealth department! Read more
The past 2 times I have went here they have over charged me, I ordered the 3 piece tender meal with a vanilla shake. They never... ask what size they just ring you up for whatever they want to. The meal is $7.49 or $7.99 before tax once you add tax and makethe drink a shake it should be about 9dollars and some change but this is the second time that they have told me my total isover $11.00. When I asked why, the cashier said that she just rung me up for medium. Without even asking if that's what Iwanted, which is not how it goes. They pulled me down but my food was not hot and the fries were not done all the way. My curlyfries were so soft that they were almost straight,lol. Wasted money. I didn't even want to give 1 star. This lady in the drive thru was so rude. Nobody was inside or in the drive thru. Not busy. I... order 3 drinks with my food. She did not mark the odd drink out. So I asked. She proceeds to get an attitude with me and mydaughter and raises her voice. Then tells me to move up and slams the window. Now im scared to eat the $32 worth of food. Whoknows what she did to it. If you hate your job, or do not like it. Quit. Let someone else have it. I will drive to Warner Robinsfor now on. Read more
This was our first time eating at this Arby?s location and we were very impressed. The assistant manager on duty was friendly... and double checked everything to make sure it was correct. The food even tasted fresher than other locations we have ate at.Overall great experience. Read more

Went to Arbys and ordered two chicken sliders, fries and a peach lemonade. That?s when i noticed the hair in my food (fries) . I... was already at work so i couldnt go back to the restaurant. I called instead and told the lady what happened. She stated ? theydon?t give refunds . And i could just get something else to replace it ? . I?ve worked at fast food for two years long as thecustomer has their receipt you have to give them a refund . No i also didn?t want anything to replace it after i just found hairin my food !! Tried the Diablo dare chicken and roast beef sandwiches. Beef sandwich was messy with all the extra sauce. Chicken was much... better because there was texture to grab on the spices. Heat and flavor were good. One of the more spicy sandwiches I've hadfrom fast food and am certain now that I found something that can almost make me sniffle, it will be discontinued.
