Went Thru drive Thru at 12:45. Ordered a chicken salad sandwich?.bread was too hard to chew. Fries weren?t even warm I ordered... a large soda?I got a small. When I told the cashier she just shrugged. Actually, she never.said.a.word.to.me!!!! Her futureshould be freed up! I dumped the entire order in the garbage can. One bite of sandwich..puke. Came to the drive thru today 6/17/22 at 7:15pm. Had a coupon. The coupon did NOT reflect on my bill. HOWEVER, after I called the... manager (can't remember her name) she VERY KINDLY asked me to return. Not only did she correct my concern. She made me laugh.She made it pleasant for me. To top it off there was only 3 employees (that I seen) and all were ladies and they was busy! (itis Friday lol) The cook came around smiled and asked if everything was ok making sure she did her job correctly without anyattitude. I watched the cook ask the manager and the lady at the drive thru if they needed help with anything. This has to bethe BEST customer service I've had in Macon YET and I've been here 4 years now! So thank you Arby's on Riverside for making myday so much better just by having AMAZING customer service from the front of house to the back of house. 10:40 PM, sign says they close at 11 PM.... All of the lights are on but there's not a soul in sight inside. Tried talking to... the box to get someone's attention, even drove to the window. Another prime example of customer service in 2022. Read more
1st the cashier didn't seems like she wanted to speak i spoke first.. then my sandwich was cold i ordered inside no way a order... suppose to be cold then I asked them to warm it up and guess what lol still cold not even luke warm. Last time I spend a pennyhere. Read more
My first time visiting an Arbys. The food was good. Restaurant ambiance was exceptional. The staff was very great too.
