Food was bland, would have tasted better if I had gotten the sauce packets I asked for.
I liked the clean environment. Food tasted like it was actually seasoned, unlike some that I've visited in the past.

Worst experience EVER night shift drive thru was extremely rude and nasty attitude using profanity and when my husband said... something began to curse moreI had my children in the as well called for the manager and she got worse. I must admit that I do not go to Arby's that much just got tired of the hamburgers and fries and wanted something different. I... can tell when I walked in the door that this wasn't going to be your normal burger and fry joint. I visited the restaurantaround 5:30 or 6 pm on a Friday evening and I seen the manager on the front register, another lady on the drive thru, and onegentleman in the back make sandwiches for both sides, they were going to need some help. The manager would occasionally pop inthe kitchen to help make sandwiches but you know what? This team had the best attitude about the situation I have ever seen. Iguess they figure complaining wouldn't going to help the situation and it would only make matters worse. As you can see in thephoto the health food score are wonderfully and the food is great.
