We have eaten at many Applebee?s over the years and their food has always been good! We were traveling through Macon, Georgia... and we?re starving so we stopped at the Applebee?s on Zebulon, and the food was awful! I should?ve taken a picture of ourpathetic looking meals. If we hadn?t been so hungry we would?ve walked out! I ordered a simple burger but I?m not sure what theflatten piece of meat was, and it was accompanied by five flattened, stale fries a pink tomato, and a tiny pickle. My husbandordered the riblet platter which also came with five stale fries and was quite minimal and tasteless! The only thing good aboutour experience was that we had a sweet waitress named Kaitlyn. After leaving the movie theater earlier today, I took my daughter and her 3 friends to the Applebees on Zebulon Rd as part of... her 12th bday celebration. We were seated quickly but I had to let the host know when we had not been served after waiting over20 min. He said there were other larger groups of 10-15 people earlier but someone would come. It wasn?t busy at the time. Awaitress finally came and took our order about 10 min later but never returned. After waiting about 45 min total without food ordrinks, we left and went somewhere else to eat. Had a delicious rice bowl here on a Friday afternoon for lunch. Service is always fast and food is always consistently good... here. At 11am there was nobody at the bar so I got served my beer and food very fast. Read more
Not great service. I would have been more forgiving if my server had more than two tables at a time. She told us our food was... ready and it took over 10 minutes to get. Couldn't get a refill. As you see place near empty. Took over hour and a half from time to order till eat. The managers where more worried about a... employee grill out than customers. As a regular customer and at Applebees everywhere it was my first time at this location and must say it will be my last. The... service was not good at all. My waitress was not able to prioritize her tables and was basically non excitant. Never checked onus after we received our order and always acted like I was bothering her. This was the worst customer no service I have everexperienced! Read more
