Visited this location many times and I've had to go back many times to have my iced coffee remade. They never make it right. I'm... not understanding what is so hard about five creams and five sugars. I understand that's a lot but that's what I want and forsome reason they can't comprehend that and there's like literally no sugar in my drink today. It is so disgusting and it has ahorrible, horrible aftertaste. They were very very quick and I wasn't in line for too long. I love Tim Hortons a lot BUT! I could not wait for the return of icecaps which were amazing. Lately the icecaps have the worse... taste. A few months back I could have a Canadian type of icecap. Now, it has a horrible taste. Nothing like the way it was. It?scoffee poured on ice and mixed. No flavor no caramel or vanilla taste. It?s plain. Is it because is the Justin Bieber recipe? This place was convenient because it?s right by work, there is almost always something missing or wrong but it?s no big deal. I... ordered the simplest thing a plain bagel toasted and cream cheese. I am late making this review this incident happened on April 28, 2022, and I am sadden to have to make the review as I patronize... Tim Horton's in different areas and have always had great service. The customer service was good, the problem I experienced waswith my order. I order a bacon sandwich on a muffin. I requested a sandwich with no egg, I repeated the request twice becausethe order taker seemed not to understand NO EGG. As you can see in the photo I received a sandwich with egg, under cooked baconwhich I ended up throwing away the entire sandwich, because I got ill looking at it.
