The Albanian kid working on Tuesday evening got a real attitude problem. He also told me I never asked him to toast the bacon in... the salad I ordered so that?s why he never cooked it... hello common sense. My daughter and I had to go to Walmart and decided to stop at this subway. 4/8/22 @ 8:44 p.m. I cannot recall the name of the... woman and young man that made our subs, but they did THE BEST job EVER. We have ate at many Subways and these 2 employees TRULYlisten to their customers and made our subs exactly as we asked. They were expedient and super friendly. One of the worst subway sandwich ive had. I used to love subway coz its healthy, delicious and fresh but when i went there... Saturday. Employees were talking trash to each other. I proceeded with my order. I asked the employee couple of things but shedoesnt know much about the products. No problem. Ibwsd asked if i want my bread toasted, i said yes so it was put in an oven.When i ate my food it was awful not only the bread seem not toasted but the bread is really tough, seem an old one. The beef wasstill cold and the meal itself is dry. Didn't put any sauce compared to the description of the meal and i wasnt even offered asauce. So basically we didnt enjoy the food. Subway not only has commercials with false adverstisement they also have employees that lack customer service too like The... manager carrie that was very rude to me and said I can't have what I ordered. She said it will break her toaster oven and hername is Carrie with a c and she don?t care who I tell she is the manager and the boss at her store and she don't care if I don'tever come back there. False advertising saying make it your own way! The tables were dirty and she wasn't even wearing a mask. Ialso contacted corporate about my bad experience and this was there response Dear Melissa Smith, I want to take a moment tothank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my restaurant. Iunderstand that my staff?s behavior during your visit did not meet your expectations. I know that we have let you down, and forthat, my team at this Subway® restaurant is sorry.
