What in the world has happened to Sonic? I know things are getting more expensive, but the massive shrinkage of everything is... insane. I haven?t seen anything as drastic as this at other fast food chains. For $36 I received a half filled large containerof pickle-o?s half filled large onion rings, a hockey puck sized chicken sandwich, 2 ordinary hot dogs and a Philly cheese steakwith maybe 2oz of meat. Is it all of the Sonic?s or just this franchise? I absolutely won?t be back. The only plus side isthe lady at the window was polite, friendly, apologetic and provided a small order of pickle-o?s to right size the order when Ireturned to complain. Read more
Ordered chicken sandwich, it's old and cold and dry, and my tater tots were cold too. In fact none of my order was hot or even... warm. This place has never gotten it right. I like sonic, but guess I'll have to drive a little farther next time. Very muchunsatisfied with my order. $33.36 was my total of my order and the only thing that was good, was my cherry slush. It's sad that good customer service is so rare nowadays! I even noticed on the reviews here, the owner can't even be sincere... when addressing complaints, they simply use a "generic apology", just changing the name. VERY TACKY! On that note, I'm gonnasettle for burger king....at least I can get what I asked for, with a side of friendliness! Read more
The only reason this place got a 1 is because there was only 1 car in front of when I pulled up to the drive thru. After sitting... in front of the menu for 5 minutes or so, I was finally helped. I ordered a small strawberry cheesecake blast and a medium oreoREESES blast. Not only did I wait in line for 20 minutes, thanks to the car in front of me needing to return 3 different itemsin their order, my medium shake was missing the Reeses. I did not find this out until I was home already. Needless to say that Iwas a bit unhappy with the service at this establishment. If you are going to hire people, at least make sure that the customersare happy, AND get what they order. Read more

I feel bad for this meh review, I'm hoping the issue is simply a lack of help or staff, which unfortunately many companies are... currently facing. Due to dietary issues I cannot eat here, so I personally come just for their slushes, Grape being my absolutefavorite. No one can top Sonic's when it comes to fast food drink selections, and they are delicious. Unfortunately the servicehere is incredibly SLOW. I waited in line, with two people in front of me, and it took nearly 20min to reach the order screen.Another 10min after that to get to the pick up window. I ordered 3 slushes. 30min wait for 3 slushes is ridiculous. The rest ofmy family will occasionally eat the food there, but my husband said quality has suffered and the food is only alright now.Overall.... okay food, long wait, great drinks. Read more
