I was going to order from grub hub, called the store so I can explain order and when I asked for one the guy comes back and says... my manager said contaxt grub hub! Like you don?t even want to hear what I need to say to make a sale? next! Response to owner:I appreciate you responding. But I NEVER mentioned I was having an issue with grub hub! That is the issue! I simply said I amtrying to order from grub hub but I would like to explain my order. All I wanted was half cheese and half pepperoni becausethere wasn?t an option of half just whole, so it would have been a simply thing to do? instead your employee comes back after Iasked to speak to manager and states call grub hub when he had already told me that. I do not see why I would need to contactgrub hub for simply saying I am going to order a pizza and just half of it don?t put pepperoni? it did not need grub hub to dothat. So again your staff needs to listen to customers when they ask for a manager. I wanted to try your pizza as I seen goodreviews on grub hub but if customers do not matter I do not do my business there! Thanks again! Read more
Completely down hill. Portions smaller. food quality decrease. Don't order fish n chips!
Great pizza, but the rewards system is useless. Supposed to get $5 off after 5 visits. Visited 5 times, guy tells me u have to... use it next time. I come in next time and guy says u mustve used it. So they could probably use a better rewards trackingsystem. I hate getting robbed at every business I go to now adays.. Read more
Quite a good pizza! None too greasy, and made fresh. I quite liked it. My wife and I got "The General" as pictured with a salad... and a side of bread sticks. It really hit the spot and we have plenty of left overs. Recommended to try! Read more
Dough was very chewy, dry, and tasteless. Small greek salad was not portioned .it had literally 15 olives and 1 small slice of... tomato. Dissapointing for the first time trying them. Read more
Pizza is my favorite fast food, and I went online to review who has the best overall service, price. I had a bad experience at a... known place that is all over Michigan. (At least in the Clinton Township area). So, I seen Sam?s pizza, and read the reviews,and the reviews were on? quality pizza, the exact way I asked for, and friendly staff on the phone and the delivery personal wascourteous/friendly. I like to eat things in moderation, but, this lager square pizza was gone within 1/2 hour of delivery, byone person-me. KEEP UP THE GREAT QUALITY PRODUCT AND SERVICE EVERYONE!!! First time ordering from here! The pizza was great! The crust (butter garlic) was delicious and the dough is soft and tasty.... Pizza is 10/10. I?m docking a star due to the salad. The antipasto has a very very small amount of thinly diced meat and cheese.Compared to other pizza chains (specifically Jets and Hungry Howies) they are lacking there. The dressing was great but I?m sadI won?t be able to order my favorite salad from here because it?s not much of the good stuff that make it antipasto. Breadsticksand pizza dipping sauce were great!
