Have had three experiences with this store. The first was great. Food was delivered fast like super fast. The food was hot but... It?s Pizza Hut so you kinda expect what the quality of the food is going to be, average at best. The second experience afterwaiting over a hour ended up called the store n canceled the entire order. Was told their are only three employees working thestore and they were doing best they could. My card was refunded without issue and I wrote it off. After weeks of emails n offerstried them again tonight 10/14/22. Did a online order at 5:55 pm at 5:57 I get a email saying expect delivery by 6:30. I knew itwas going to at least 6:45 and was fine with it. At 6:57pm I called to find out what was going on with the delivery. Afterwaiting on hold 8 minutes I was again told they were short handed n doing best they could and that they were waiting on a doordash driver to deliver the order. Again canceled the entire order n will not give them another opportunity. Read more
Ordered a stiff crust pizza with 2 toppings. I was told it was over $20. My husband went in to pick it up and the guy behind... the counter said, ?There is a coupon for a 2-topping stuffed crust pizza.? My husband said, ?Great, I?ll use that couponplease.? The guy behind the counter said no because we didn?t mention it. Seriously?!?! So the woman on the phone didn?t giveus the coupon and the guy behind the counter told my husband about it and then said he couldn?t give it to him. That?s badbusiness! Do what?s right! Hopefully if you come to this location you won?t have to deal with the employee named Michelle because she is awful! She was... very rude to me and in the middle of being rude to me she told her coworker just to tell a customer on the phone they they wereout of something because she didn?t wanna make it. Go to the new Pizza Hut down the road it?s so much better and the employeesare amazing! Read more
Great as always! Although I do have to say we were at a pizza hut with a small dining room, so my G'son and I sat down waiting... for our pizza and as soon as we got it my G'son tore into his pie ravaging it. When we were interupted and told this was aclosed dining room we could no longer eat in there. Btw it was around 6:00 pm ish. There was no signage that I could see thatsaid the new dining room status. We asked if they were closing and they were not. We left disappointed, but we'll be back asthis is still our favorite pie place!! Read more
Haven't had Pizza Hut in 2 years because of bad experiences. This was different. When we called we made sure to ask for well... done crust. When we picked up our order the manager made sure we checked the pizza before we paid for it. Outstanding! Read more
Tried this location for the first time the other night and it was good. Was greeted when I walked in and when I walked out. Will... continue ordering from this location. Update: 3/11/2022 Recently ordered from here again for the first time in awhile. They nolonger have flavored crust as an option. The 2 pizzas I ordered were very bland and just not appetizing at all, we were verydisappointed. Pizza Hut used to be one of my favorite pizza chains a long time ago but they have fell down to the equivalent ofLittle Caesars in my personal opinion. I was visiting relatives and ordered dinner. I knew I would need to pick it up and purchased two large pizzas, 16 boneless... wings, and two orders of cheesy breadsticks. The app offered curbside pickup for that location. When I arrived there were nocurbside signs that I could see which I thought was strange, but I told the app I was there. I waiting over 5 minutes and no onecame out. I called and asked when someone would bring the order out. I wasn't mean or nasty. The woman stated that they don'thave curbside service. Her tone wasn't pleasant when she said it. I said, "Oh! The app offered it and even let me choose whereto have someone place the order." And she said, well we don't have that, you have to come in. So, I went in, and tried to showher that the app clearly shows it because her tone on the phone made me feel like she was calling me a liar. She basicallyignored me and printed out the receipt asked me to sign it then shoved the food at me. I didn't comment, but I took the food andleft The breadsticks didn't have much cheese and they were overcooked. The pizza was fine. But overall, I would avoid thatlocation. Read more
