Choose anywhere else even a party store with a microwave! Worst experience of my life, this is only getting one star because it... is the lowest rating I can give. I understand we ordered ordered late at 10:35pm they got here at 12:15am just wings and onepizza. First off they forgot the ranch for 40 wings, pizza wasn’t cooked. I should of just burned the $70 dollars and went tobed. Went with you because I thought you would be better than domino’s but clearly I was wrong. Passport pizza will not evenbe an option and more, thanks for not coming though. I can’t wait to tell everyone I know about this experience. Respectfullyand unsatisfied customer. Read more

The worst place to order pizza. Don't make delivery orders here. The pizza never gonna arrive. The worst staff in the world work... here. So rude. This is totally a scam. Save your time don't order pizza from this place. Read more

I would give 0 stars if possible! They use a call center to answer their phones and the kid can't even get your order right!... Then your meal is ruined! If I wanted my ordered screwed up I would of went to McDonald's or burger king and paid less! Noapologies whatsoever from them! After waiting 20 minutes they canceled my online (using the Slice app) order. The app said they were closed. I called the store... and they were not closed. Now I have to wait 3-7 days to get my money transferred back into my account. No pizza, no money,worst transaction of my life. Read more

1st time I went they were out of a lot of ingredients. They called me 3 seperate times to have me order something else. Pizza... was pretty good bud not worth waiting almost 2hrs to get pizza. I would've been happier with a hot and ready at thispoint..... 2nd visit, ordered 2 pizzas figured id give them a chance to redeem themselves. Apparantly my order was canceledafter i paid for it and waited 30mins to go pick it up. I arrive only to find out they cancelled my order and didnt call me. Atthis point i explained to the lady at the counter how this place keeps giving me issues. She stared at me and charged me fullprice for their mess up. Which im fine with, i should have just walked out but my family was hungry so i waited in store another 30mins probably. Got my order and will never go back ever. May sound mean but i cant wait till they go out of businessso a real business can move in. We dont need more bad pizza places with terrible management. We're surrounded by many otherchoices. I live outside the state and really wanted to give this place a try since I've had some of the other chains in this area. I went... with the Detroit Deep Dish because when in Rome do as the Roman's do....I am in love with this crust. So crunchy and goldenbrown. I love how the edges are so crisp and have that delicious browned cheese thing going on. I will definitely order againwhen I am back in town. Read more
