Ordered and paid for egg n cheese bagel with extra sauce. Was sooo happy the bagels were back and just wanted to enjoy breakfast... again. Got home and not only is there NOT extra sauce that i paid extra for there was no sauce on it. To say it was dry and hardto swallow would be an understatement. I guess if i want to try and enjoy breakfast again it will HAVE to be at a differentlocation. Oh and line was long and had to pull up and wait additional minutes for food. This place is so unprofessional like why hire employees that are gonna be lazy and not do their job!?!? When you order chicken... nuggets and ask for sauce get your order and ask if the sauce is in there and the workers reply is idk you will have to looklike isnt that apart of your job description to make sure everything is on the order pathetic Read more

HORRIBLE STAFF!!! I Have an older gentleman I care forThat likes to go to this McDonald's because it is close to his house. And... he always wants to go inside to pay ( with cash ). This is the 3rd time I've gone in this McDonald's and they were extremelyrude. Told me to use the kiosk. I explained my client only carries cash, so the woman got really rude with me. Then took all theorders in drive-thru before getting us our food. My client a 90yrs old Veteran was forced to wait till everyone else was served.Management was no better in assisting. Disgusted!! I haven't been inside of a McDonald's in a couple of years. Things have changed . You order at a kinda kiosk and get your... number and wait . The line at the drive thru was long so I went inside. My order came with in 5 minutes . It was easy and myorder came hot out of the fryer and I enjoyed. Read more
Left sitting at drive thru 5+ minutes, told just a second....other drive thru totally clear. Another car drove up to opposite... side and was greeted and order taken immediately. I was then told my order taker had someone at her window who was there beforeme....probably because they weren't acknowledged at the speaker. Where is management? Three cars stuck behind 1st window (moneytaking) waiting. No one at food delivery window. Left, had great experience at Hays (lakeside) McDonalds. You lost a longtime customer. Read more
Unreal , ordered a 4A chicken sandwich meal...almost 8 bucks for a cold sandwich , fries with no holder dumped in the bottom of... bag... also stone cold... this isn't food that id expect at 2am from white castle , straight garbage Read more
