This was a sad event. I used the App and placed an order. They acknowledged the order and then denied they ever received the... order between the kiosk and the pickup window. Then they required me to return later once the charge was placed on my bankstatement for a refund. The time and expense is unreasonable for a $8.09 transaction. Read more
This McDonald's is always friendly and polite. I like this location best out of the 3 on hall road. They aren't open 24/7... though. The service is pretty fast and I haven't had any issues at this particular location. I do wish I could mobile orderdrive through vs the parking spot, but that's my only complaint about this location. Can you PLEASE open your dinning room! Some people just want to sit and eat while taking lunch at work not try and juggle food... in my car. You like the only one not open. Please please open the inside! Read more
Worst McDonald?s I?ve been too, had to wait 45 minutes to get a large fries and itstnot like they were busy, they saw me waiting... to order and they ignored me for about 20 min and then another 25 minutes wait for one large fries. I?ve never experiencedanything like this before. Read more
The Mac's on 19 and Hayes has 2 of the BEST employees in any Mac's in Macomb County, first the gentleman who takes the orders... and the money is crazy busy and always polite. 2nd the woman who gives you the food is cheerful, polite and professional ! had 3 breakfast sandwiches in order. ALL 3 were NOT the ordered sandwich. The receipt read correct but whatever rocket scientist... was filling the order needs to learn that reading is fundamental. This was the worst case of stupidity i have seen. If they weretoo lazy to make the order correctly dont make any of it. Im allergic to something on each incorrect sandwich so even if theother people whose sandwich was in correctly made was nice enough to switch i couldnt. so its not like i could just eat whatcame even though wrong.
