Ordered on DoorDash. Our order was a veggie omelet with hash browns and toast, western egg wrap, and a Diet Pepsi. The order... arrived in a timely manner (Thanks Door Dash) However from there everything was off. They put the Diet Pepsi (which was in astyrofoam cup with lid) IN the bag with the food. There is no way to keep this stable therefore spilled in the bag on the food.The western wrap was not on a wrap at all, it was on soggy white bread, totally unappetizing. The veggie omelette came withmushrooms which was requested to not have as I am allergic. I call Ken?s to let them know of the problems, not to get my moneyback but to make them aware. I ask for a manager and the girl on the phone seemed annoyed and rude from the start, huffing andpuffing as if she was going to blow my house down. She came back to the phone and said ?The manager requested you call doordash.? Tommy reply was that this was not a door dash issue, it was the restaurant that messed everything up. I let her know ofthe Diet Pepsi issue to which she incoherently shouted in the phone ?We DONT HAVE CARRIERS!? Which I replied that it should nothave been in a bag to begin with. I continued to try and explain my issues but she continues to talk over me in the most rudeand annoyed way, as if she had no time or wanting to listen to. I would not recommend this restaurant, not only for their lackof care when ordering, but their attitudes resembling rotten eggs. If I could give them less than a 1 piece rating I would. AllI know is Ken would be ASHAMED if he ever heard an employee talking this way. Stay away, stay far far away. Read more

Sorry, shouldn't have ordered breakfast.My scrambled eggs were not cooked well,the fried potatoes were hard,more like potato... chip hard, and lacking flavor,and not hot!!!The buttered toasted???? Wait staff not very competent.
