Over an hour for my "freaky fast" smooshed, sandwich..... No where did it say I was ordering a sandwich from a sub place....the... least they could have done was use a better quality bread. I called the "manager" who just made excuses and never even utteredthe words "I'm sorry". AWFUL!! Read more
This location is NOT dog friendly. Today was 96° and I specifically did a pick up order so my dog wouldn't be left outside in... the heat, and after 25mins of waiting I had gotten my dog out of the car because I was worried about her and waited outside thestore and the the female employee said "who brings a dog to a restaurant, gross!" Then wait 5 more mins before going inside toask for a refund and was rudely greeted and told my food would be right up and they were not polite. I will not be going backto that location ever again! It did take an hour to deliver across Hall Rd, however, the sub was the best one that I've had to date from any Jimmy Johns. I... chalked up the long wait as part of the weather we've got going on or the fact that may she had a long list of deliveries. Shewaited in my lobby to make sure I picked up the food. She was pleasant and I appreciate her doing the driving for me. Guess whatI know for the future... order 30 mins earlier. No problem for me! Thank you! Read more
Is Jimmy John's the best place for a fast lunch at noon in Metro Detroit? Probably not but that's across the board with their... locations. The times to go are mid-afternoon or after 7pm for speedy service. I've gotten hard bread a few times in the evening.Haven't ordered delivery yet but I've ordered online for pickup at least a dozen times and they come through with the accuracy. Read more
I have had horrible experiences at this location. Whenever I order for delivery to my workplace which is on Hall Road 5 minutes... away, it takes over an hour to be delivered. It is never freaky fast. They have messed up my order several times includingtoday. I got a beach club as my birthday sub and they gave my a veggie sub with no turkey. Also another time they said I wouldget a $5 credit but it never happened. It is very disappointing and I think today will be my last time ordering from thislocation. Read more
I ordered a Vito sub, or lack thereof. I got about 2 slices of meat, a slice of cheese and a ton of lettuce. If I wanted a slim... sub, I would have ordered and only paid for a slim sub. All I could taste was bread and I was very dissatisfied and still hungryafterwards. The stingier you are on your meat and toppings, the less it makes people want to come back. Read more
I ordered a delivery at 6:45, called an hour and a half later to get an update because my app didn?t even say it was out for... delivery at that point so I was checking in to see what the delay was. I only live a couple miles away so I thought it was alittle strange it hadn?t been on it?s way yet. The person I spoke with was kind about the situation, told me that they wouldcredit the delivery fee to my account, and told me they would send me out a new order. He apologized and said there was some mixup. I thanked him for the help and told him I didn?t mind waiting little longer for my order and I appreciated the credit. Myfood didn?t get delivered until 9 and I went to retrieve it from my porch and the drink was missing. I called back and wasoffered another credit to my account for the cost of my drink. I didn?t see any credits on my account, so I?m not sure aboutthat.Disappointed in the wait and my missing drink, however , the sandwich was good.
