This evenings crew lacked proper training. No forks for my salad and I had to keep asking for the bacon that was included in my... sub. I love jersey mikes but today wasn?t good customer service. This is my second review I came back and gave it a one starinstead of three. I came back to give another chance and they doused my salad with so much oil it?s almost unedible also this isthe second time they did not have forks this time I was on a lunch break and did not have access to a fork so now I can?t eveneat it and it has gone to waste. Went in the other day before work. Ordered 2 giant subs and 1 regular. The order was clearly written how I wanted them. After 3... attempts to make them I was handed 2, 1 giant and 1 regular. I asked where my other giant was. Oh you had another? YES.....hereis the receipt!! Get home to drop them off.....open them and they were STILL WRONG!!! I had to leave because I was alreadyrunning late for work. Tried calling while on my way to work, several times, only to have the phone ring and ring. I will nevergo here again!! Decided to give this location another try because it's closest to home (my old review is below). Ordered online, pickup time... 6:03pm. Walk in at 6:10pm and my order hasn?t been started because they have no bacon. So this will for sure be the last time Iorder from this location. They made my sub wrong. I called them and the response was to pay for another sub and some day corporate will reimburse us... whenever. And i have to pay door dash a second fee because they refused to remake the sandwich and rediliver. So they want me topay door dash again for their mistakes. Yea, NO. Never Never again. I would like to recognize an employee who provided exceptional service. Christian was kind, caring and extremely helpful. He... took time and helped us download the app and place an online order so we could use the offer , which was purchasing 2 giant subsand getting the 3rd giant sub for $3.99!
