Visited for the first time tonight for a birthday dinner. We had a party of 7 and felt very comfortable at our large table! The... music was a bit loud but it was a fun, comfortable atmosphere. We ordered sliders, kids meals, fries and sushi. Everything wasfresh tasting and delicious! The staff were all very friendly. The host was inviting and our server Mia was so polite andattentive. Burgerfin was certainly a coin flip on whether it was going to be a good experience or a poor one. One place specializing in two... totally opposite kinds of foods can't work, right? Well, I didn't get to try both types of food, but I did have the sushi -their special Fin roll, and I thought it was delicious! We also got the loaded fries, which were good fresh, but also asleftovers the next day in the toaster oven. It was slightly pricey but quite filling and I would consider going back to try someof their other rolls or maybe some sliders. Read more
Friendly staff. Service food and atmosphere were all good. Being served by a robot was a surprise. Our waiter was really nice!... We had the California roll sliders loaded and poutine fries. Finished with the apple skillet dessert. Read more
My experience was OK, but I wouldn't personally come here over something like Fuddrucker's or the Five Guys across the street.... But the sushi surprising tasted great. Food and service was great! Madison was very prompt and attentive. Also asked got an explanation of how Rosie the robot worked. ... Food was great really loved the fried pickles with the aioli dipping sauce. Also reasonably priced for the amount and qualityof food we got. Can't wait to go back! Read more
First time here and the experience was great! Manager frequently came around to ask how everything was going, which was cool... because it was packed and sometimes a few thing got missed, but it was resolved quickly. The food is ????. First time here and we ordered carryout to take back home with us and we saw you had two of our favorite things on the... menu.....Fried cauliflower and Truffle fries. Called the order in because the online menu didn't have the cauliflowerwings....no problem....From the young lady that answered the phone to the lady that took my order.....they were so very nice andpleasant to speak with....now here's the problem....We had 2 orders of Truffle fries....they weren't hot but they weren't coldso they weren't terrible to me.....the cauliflower wings looked and tasted amazing until we got towards the end and startedbiting chicken and he doesn't eat meat so that was very disappointing because those cauliflower wings were so good Read more
Shocked by price for 2 with one coke and one water?$50! I upgraded my fries and had the Pick Three so probably most expensive... option possible. The three sliders I chose weren?t that great to cost that much. My son liked his more simple/classic slidersthough. They have a robot that delivers your food, kinda cool, but it wasn?t behaving perfectly so not sure it really saves anywork for anyone. Read more
