I like the chicken fries! I do not like the chking (Chicken sandwich). Floor is sticky, like always. Bathroom felt cleaner than... the eating area. Fries were nice and Hot. Need more staff, but everyone was nice! Read more

Disgusting: on 5/29 at around 3:30pm, I ordered a family meal. Drove to the 1st window. There, my family and I witnessed a male... employee (I think he was the supervisor/manager on duty that day) wiping his butts in plain view. He smelled the brown napkin heused to wipe before tossing it into the garbage can. Didn?t wash his hands before going to the food racks. I actually saw himtossed a fry into his mouth with that unwashed left hand. I cancelled my order at the 2nd window, and told the girls workingthere of what happened. Not sure if they are obligated to raise my concerns. Not only it was a public indecency behavior, butalso a public health concern. I called the corporate hot line, and ask them to pull the video. WATCH YOUR CARD TRANSACTIONS AND KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS. They like to steal from their customers. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers ONLY and... was charged $11. Then when I called they treated me as though I was lying. I was not given a receipt. 2 cheeseburgers onlytotaled out to a little under $4. The person at the drive-thru wasn?t paying attention anyways. Terrible service. Read more
