WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! NO WONDER ITS NEVER BUSY. The orange hair girl in drive thru was rude threw ketchup in my bag... aggressively, TALKING about me as im still at window to the manager. Had to drive around to ask for MOre ketchup and when thesupposed manager was informed of how rude she was, ALTHOUGH he eas SITTING there whole time, shrugged his SHOULDERS snd said ifI DONT LIKE IT LEAVE. I THEN ASKED FOR A REFUND AND SAID WAS CALLING COPS FOR ME ASKIMG FOR KETCHUP THEN A REFUND..AS HE HID INBACK N WOULDNT EVEN COME BACK TO WINDOW AFTER LAUGHIMG HYSTERICALLY ABOUT WAT HAPPENED..THIS WAS MOST PATHETHIC AND INSANECUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN. IDK WHO LEFT THIS KID WHO DOESNT TAKE HIS JOB SERIOUSLY , AND THINKS SCARING AWAY CUSTOMERS WILLGIVE HIM MORE TIME TO PLAY AROUND IN THE BACK ,IN CHARGE BUT HES RUINING UR BUSINESS !!! I SHOULD SUE FOR BEING HARRASSED AS ACUSTOMER SIMPLY ASKING FOR KETCHUP OR PUT THE VIDEO I TOOK UP ON THE INTERNET!! Most lazy , CHILDISH, PREJUDICE MANAGER IVE EVERMET. I always want to get some breakfast early and even tho their schedule says they are open at 6:00 am it hasn't been my experience... the never serve me when I get there. Just change your schedule if you are not going to open on time! Read more
