Ordered an iced latte with two extra shots. The first drink wasn?t iced, so I asked them to remake it. The second drink didn?t... taste like the two added shots were in there. $8.15 is a lot of money to pay for a dissatisfactory drinks so it?s gonna be awhile until I head back. Read more

I used to be a regular a year ago, but now the staff messes up half of my orders, AND they have the audacity to ask for tips...... I've never been through a fast food/coffee drive thru where a cashier asks me, "would you like to tip our staff?" Read more

I used to come to this Bigby literally every single day. 5 star coffee and a 5 star staff. I dont know WHAT changed but I do my... best to avoid this Bigby at all costs now because spending $8 for a single Coffee that is ALWAYS either rang in wrong, madewrong, or BOTH. I probably only come her once a month now (if that) since my order is consistently made incorrectly. Have youconsidered paying your employees a liveable wage so they can care about taking the order correctly at least or making the coffeeright? Read more

The quality of service has significantly declined the last few months, and wait times in the drive through have increased to... where it might take you 30 minutes to get a coffee if you're 4th in line. I get that we're in a labor shortage, so I didn't holdthat against them, but the newest batch of hires have not only been getting simple orders wrong, they're being indignant andrude when asked to fix their mistakes. Lackluster customer service in drive thru, did not get order correct the first time and was rude; really seems like training is... severely lacking along with scraping the bottom of the barrel in employees. Also the slowest drive thru I?ve experienced for acouple of coffees. Read more

Service was great! Very pleasant staff. Coffee was awful. I ended up throwing it away. I ordered a Butter Bear iced which is... typically a very sweet coffee. It was bitter and watered down bc all the ice had already melted. I was really upset to have tothrow it away because their coffee is not cheap and i rarely treat myself to specialty coffees. Read more
