Fast delivery, delivery driver was very nice. I liked the buttery crust, unfortunately it was the best part of the pizza. ... Pizza looked smaller than the 16 inch I ordered. Not too saucy and cooked to perfection. The zesty chicken BBQ pizza is amazing ???? would recommend again to anyone in the area... plus free delivery to ur hotel room. Simply amazing. We ordered over the phone and they even allowed us to pay with card whenthe pizza got here. Read more
I was nervous after reading so many bad reviews, but there aren?t many options for delivery around here, and conveniently, local... hotels pop up in their online ordering menu so you don?t need to punch in an unfamiliar adrs (only know your room number). Bad:The online ordering menu didn?t offer any beverage options!! (Not even water!) I?d give the pizza itself (pictured with meatballtopping) 3 stars - would?ve been 4 but very salty and cheese low quality for the price. Good: I ordered online at 6:40pm on anearly Aug (on-season) Monday night, and it was delivered to my hotel at 7:05, piping hot, plates and napkins included, by apolite driver. Food was fantastic!!, got a meat lovers pizza, really enjoy the flavor. The delivery driver was friendly, and it was a good... experience. It would get 5 stars if the website was easier to use, I tried to add mushrooms to the meat lovers and it wouldn'tlet me??....aside from that? Great experience Read more
I was hesitant on trying this place mainly because of the bad reviews on here. They were the only restaurant who answered the... phone. The pizza was actually very very good. I was very impressed with not only the time it took to get to me and the taste ofthe pizza. Despite what people say on here there is sauce on the pizza. It isn?t tomato slices like someone else said on here. Iwould recommend this place and will definitely get it again next time I stay in Mackinaw City. Read more
We ordered pizza and cheese bread for dinner around 9:15pm because there was a flyer in our hotel room suggesting Papa Zoe?s.... After about 45 minutes my friend called to check up on the status and she was told they got slammed and it would be about 10minutes more. Around 10:30 my friend called again and asked if the pizza was coming and they said ?give us a few minutes tocheck? after being on hold for 5 minutes they came back and said it should be 10 minutes away. Around 11:10pm the pizza placecalled and asked if we were still expecting them to come and we said yes, they showed up 2 minutes later with reheated 2 hourold pizza and literal bread with cheese sprinkled on top of it that wasn?t even melted (I mean after 2 hours of waiting youwould think they could atleast stick it in the oven for 2 minutes to melt the cheese). This was probably the worst tasting pizzawe have ever had. They did offer a 25% discount for the wait but if I was you I would highly suggest you go elsewhere. Last weekend we ordered from Papa Zo?s for delivery at 7pm. We were told the pizza would arrive in an hour. 8:30 comes around... and we call, the woman on the phone tells us that the pizza just went out for delivery and they were very backed up. 9:30 comesaround, and there?s no pizza. At 9:45, My mother decided to go to the restaurant and have them remake our order because therewould be no way our pizza would still be warm. My mother called the restaurant to tell them she was coming to pick it up, andthe woman hung up on her. The manager said he would remake our pizza, but then came back 5 minutes later with our order. Itturns out it was just sitting in the back, and it never even went out. The pizza was cold (which doesn?t necessarily bother meas I love a good slice of cold pizza the day after you order it) and incredibly mediocre, especially after waiting so long. Forwhat it?s worth, the Manager gave us half off the order and was incredibly apologetic for his staff?s rudeness, but that doesn?treally change much after waiting almost 3 hours for easily the most disappointing pizza I?ve had in my life.
