Found the establishment to be very clean and cost are comparable as others on the island. Our servers and the team went above... and beyond to make us feel welcome, instead of a burden due to numerous allergies. The drinks are the best on the island. While there we have had help from staff named Wally, Alex, Nori, Alex, Eve and Krysta. Would definitely go back repeatedly, a 5Star rating in my books. Read more
Very good, try the Brussel chips they are fantastic. Had the ribeye which was so tender it cut with a butter knife.
We had planned to go to another restaurant but the power went out on the island. This place had a generator and no line on the... last day of the lilac festival so Winchester's it was! The prices were higher than I wanted but most places on the island are apremium. Our table got the turkey sandwich, burger, a salad and kids chicken strips and it was all amazing and generousportions. Waffle fries were yummy! We saw many others who ordered the fried fish and that piece of fish was huge!!! We werepleasantly surprised by this place and would definitely recommend giving it a try. Monday we went to Mackinaw Island and went looking for somewhere to eat, found this amazing restaurant, the staff is very... attentive and are there for your every need, the food was incredible, and the prices were perfect. I can't just leave it at thisthough, the staff here has great personally, they had us laughing, and truly enjoying our lunch. It was definitely a highlightof our Mackinaw Island experience and we will absolutely be going back. Thank you to Wally and the rest of the staff foreverything!!! Read more

Wonderful place for food and drinks. The working owner is friendly and a pleasure to have a conversation with. Centrally... located on Bicycle St in the heart of the commercial district. Drinks are a bit on the pricy side but they are very high qualitywith plenty of spirits to make them a pleasure to consume. No problem tasting and truly enjoying the bourbon and tequila in ourdrinks. Had the white fish dinner ($28.00) which was enough for two and expertly done. Very fresh with savory batter. Flat breadthat we had was AMAZING. Chicken pesto highly recommended. Full flavor with a generous portion of all toppings including thechicken. My only regret was not being able to also taste a burger. Probably the best burger in all of Mackinac island. They always have the best of local Michigan Beers on tap and huge collection... of whiskey and bourbons. They could improvise on their Old Fashioned cocktail. Kind of disappointing. But great place to eatdrink and chill Read more
Winchester's Whiskey & Bourbon Room is.... Mostly whiskey and bourbon drinks. We stopped here for a beverage and a snack and... they do have a couple cocktails that are vodka based as well. The staff was super friendly and said that we could order whateverdrink we liked and the bartender could whip it up. We had pretzel bites as well, which are very good. Read more
