I ordered a sandwich today on white bread. Now, I go to Potbelly's enough to know what their white bread is like. Only after I... drive all the way home to eat, do I find that my sandwich was made on an old stale pita. Very disappointing. I come here about once a month, if not every other month, and every time I've been here it's always been phenomenal. The food is... good, obviously fresh, but what makes the place is the staff. Every single time I've been here I have had a different crewhelping me, and every single time the crew is such a vibe; always friendly, always outwardly happy, and just cool people.Doesn't matter if it's instore or drive threw, they're quick and the whole experience is absolutely worth coming back everytime.
