This is the slowest location around. Every time, no matter what I order its at least a 10-15 minute wait. Yesterday I ordered 2... large coffees and a sausage mcgriddle. The drive thru line was out to the road like it usually is so I went inside and ordered.I waited 20 minutes for it, along with several other people inside. No apology. Nothing at all from the staff to update what wastaking so long they just acted like we weren't even there. And then just sits the food out and calls the number, no sorry aboutthe long wait, nothing. Really need to give employees some reviews. Pretty sad when you get asked at first window, what was your order. Then at pickup... window asked again. Then the way drinks are handed out, maybe instead of looking at the screen above watch what you’re doing?And someone really needs to shave that manager’s head. Hands down some of the worst fastfood service. My soda didn't have a single piece of ice, instead of the deluxe spicy mcchicken... they gave me a mcdouble that was so slimy with grease it wasn't edible. They also only gave us 9 nuggets in our 10 piece andbasically dumped the fries into the bag. Read more

Placed an order for a strawberry slushy and 2 pineapple mango smoothly but they said they were out of them which is perfectly... understandable. We were asked if we wanted anything else and we said yes just give us a second to see what they had. After about15 seconds of trying to decide what to order the employee over the speaker took the menue down and gave us a total for just theone slushy. We were upset because we hadn't had a chance to actually see what else we might want to oder. We felt it was veryrude to not be given a chance to continue to place our order so we bought the one for my daughter and left. Read more

I’m not the one to make super mean reviews about any worker, because I know that fast food is tough for anyone that works... within that field. But the Night manager was super rude, and I had to repeat my order 4 times before she got it correct, and Ialso became very irritated by the 3rd time. I am never rude, and I am a very patient person. And she asked me if “we were onthe same page”. And to be honest, we still weren’t on the “same page”. And the reason she could not hear me, was becauseshe had an AirPod in her ear while taking orders. I get that it’s fast food, but the least she could’ve done was treat herCustomers with respect. Especially being a Manager. And another thing, she charged me for multiple other things as well. Read more

So this has to be the worst one yet. This mcdonlads always seems to never be accurate with their orders. Not only did I not get... a 10:1 patty on my cheese burger but I also only received 4 regular chicken nuggets and 1 medium fry. I don't know how youforgot to be the patty on the bun before wrapping but this is terrible. You guys weren't even busy. The fries I did get wereold. Then I get two coupons that are expired and for breakfast sandwiches. I don't like your breakfast so what do I do withthese? Come on. Do better. Read more

Ordered a big Mac without the middle bun...and the picture shows what I actually got...a plastic bowl with patties and toppings,... which had clearly been put into the microwave based on the entire side of the bowl being melted! My daughter's ten piece onlyhad eight..... This is one of the "better" locations so it's a bit disappointing. I will say that the manager did fix bothissues without any problems so that's why I still rated three stars. Read more
