Picked up some sandwiches for an 'on the road' dinner. Sandwiches were good. Noticed alot of jewelry, ear rings , nose rings,... personal stocking hats etc. Just wandering how sanitary all that is but I'm not in the food prep business so I do not know theregs. The sandwiches were good. Read more

Good sandwiches, fast service and they get my orders correct
Ordered online for pickup. Got there & saw the 20% wasn't taken off. Questioned the girl & was told they had nothing to do with... the app. Another girl standing in the back started rolling her eyes at me. I confronted her & she started mumbling stuff underher breathe. I wasn't happy & customer service at this point wasn't very nice. I handed the sandwich back & got my money back &left. They need to take some lessons in customer service. Read more
Unbelievable "NO" turkey here today for a sandwich. Someone must have forgot to order some! Memorial Day weekend on top of that.... You would think that you would have extra on hand being a holiday weekend! Read more
Freaky fast and now w vinegar chips! When I'm hangry and in a rush Jimmy John's is quick and delicious.
I always enjoy my sandwich from Jimmy johns but today I was absolutely blown away the NEW Zesty Garden Turkey Club was really... one of the very best sandwiches I have ever had.
