Been here 3 times all 3 times NO CHICKEN strips stupid no chicken at a chicken place never again two times there was no chicken... available the most recent time it was 7:34pm and only had a few sides n popcorn chicken that's it. Maybe something should bedone like see why your employees are not cooking food just cleaned the fryer was not a good answer how much money are youmissing because of this like I said I've been there 3 times and came out with nothing and took my money to another place. Stopped for a bite after long day of work. Young lady at the window seems to have attitude claims to be "one of" the managers.... My honey BBQ wings were sorry and didn't seem cooked thru. I came all the way back asked for tenders instead and they gave methe sauce. Gratefully the other "manager" stepped in and agreed to put the sauce on the tenders. my receipt says her name isAshley at the window the others there say there is no Ashley there. I won't be back here idk who taught this chic service youdon't talk to customers aggressively. I've been up since 4am she definitely poked the bear. Ordered lunch a half hour after opening for dine in, had to ask them to pack it up to go after seeing the dining room, which... seemed like an inconvenience. They had not been open long enough for a lunch rush, only 11am. It did not look like it had beencleaned in several days or longer. There wasn't a single clean table or chair available at all. Probably the filthiest diningroom and fountain drink area I've ever seen in my life. I was truly horrified and nervous to eat the food and probably shouldn'thave. If that's how the dining room is kept, the kitchen must be worse. Service and food was just barely ok. No cole slaw ordipping sauce with my chicken strip box. Spicy chicken sandwich drowned in the spicy sauce. Fries were not fresh and extremelyoversalted. If we get sick, I know where it came from. Read more
Worst service and ridiculous wait times. Today I arrived at 1135 at 1145 I was still waiting to put in my order. There was only... 2 people in line, myself and 1 other. I have visited this location 4 times in the past 3 weeks and every time there is no regardfor the customers time. I get 30 kins for lunch spending 25 minutes waiting on a 3 piece box combo is beyond ridiculous and theoverall negative vibe from staff is a major turn off. I don't think I be back to this spot. I also highly recommend that anyonewho is looking for quick, friendly, and efficient service go somewhere else. You will get none of these things at this location. Read more
It's been a while since I've been to KFC. I thought the chicken was too greasy back then. They came out with their new chicken... sandwich, and I wanted to try it. There's another 'old sailor' place nearby with a great sandwich but the slowest, mostunwelcoming service imaginable. KFC did not disappoint! They offer quick, friendly service and a really good chicken sandwich! Read more
I ordered an eight piece chicken box. I wound up throwing out eight pieces of chicken. The chicken tasted old, greasy, and dry... like it had been sitting around for hours. This was my first visit to this restaurant and it will be my last. You can see by thephoto in my review how dark the chicken is because of how greasy and old it is! I would give this restaurant five stars if the chicken weren't so greasy. Other than that, our order was perfect, all the sides... were tasty, and the biscuits were yummy. We ordered Original Recipe and it was delicious, but someone needs to work on makingsure the chicken is drained better. The staff were very polite, and we appreciate that everything we ordered was correct andorganized nicely in the bags. Read more
