Not impressed at all, i always order a gargantuan at any jjs i go to and 2 times i ordered from here had half the meat it should... have, then i called (not something i like to do) and had to call TWICE then the girl on the phone argued with me and told me themanager isnt there. Its a 10$ sandwich that was smaller than my kids club she ordered. Super disapointed and would like if amanager called me. Read more
Went to this location because the one next to my house has been closed due to lack of employees for a LONG time. This location... had the WORST service ever. Didn?t want to answer any questions of what came on the sandwich?s. The girl making them totallyignored me when I pointed out it wasn?t supposed to have mayo, she threw the whole sandwich out when I said she could justswitch the piece of bread. She didn?t even look up at me and when she was done with the sandwiches slammed them down on thecounter and walked away. Didn?t give me a bag for the 2 sandwiches and chips or even offer one. While I've always liked Jimmy John's, this location impressed me. The store was clean, the place smelled great (free smells!)... And the employees were friendly. The food itself was great too, nothing out of the ordinary and no issues. Thanks for a greatmeal and experience! Read more
Was ripped off, I ordered a Veggie sandwich which the menu describes as having avocado. Returned to the store because I didn't... see any on my sandwich and was told it was inside the cheese. There was some green paste, maybe a teaspoonful. Yet I was chargedthe same price as a sandwich with meat. Can only assume they hate vegetarians. Read more

Unique, fun atmosphere. The staff was great, efficient, and friendly. Our subs we quite tasty and the prices were very good.
I am absolutely disgusted! I went into the restaurant to grab a quick bite to eat during my shift, like I always do. After... paying for my meal, I witnessed an employee sneeze into their hand, and then continue to make sandwiches! I was dumbfounded. Iwill be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Read more
