Arrived at 546pm and... was told they were a bit behind and my order would be an additional 15 mins... we did delivery and the driver sped all the way down our muddy driveway (which at first was understandable because i would be... irritated driving through a freshly rained on driveway) but then after he handed us our food, he threw the receipt trash down inour yard and then sped off and drove through our actual yard speeding and dang near spinning up because my friend was gettinghome and was in the driveway. so to whoever is the delivery driver rn for pizza hut driving a black ford fusion, if you don?tlike your job then quit ?? Recently placed an online order- arrived about 2 min early to pickup. Turns out there were only 2 employees handling Sunday... afternoon rush. They gave us a coupon since our order wasn?t ready (I was fine with waiting) and then they were out of largepans (or pan crust?) and gave me 2 mediums instead which really was above and beyond. Wish they could find more help. Theylooked so overwhelmed. If canceling my order wouldn?t have put more work on them (and possibly had other I?ll effects) Iwould?ve just done that. Read more
I ordered my pizza after 3 hours of waiting it still hadn't been delivered I called the location to find out what was going on I... was sent to a call center the call center routed me back to the store that never picked up my call I have to go to my bank andget the charge removed because I cannot contact anyone at Pizza Hut to actually deal with the situation. I ordered 1 individual Hawaiian pizza. I asked for only bell pepper, ham, bacon, pineapple and cheese with the sauce. When I got... it, it looked like it had been left out in the sun to dry! No bell pepper, no ham, no bacon on it. They had chopped up pepperoniinto bits and put on top. There may have been four pieces of pineapple. The cheese and sauce were so old that you could smellhow sour. I returned the pizza. I was offered a credit, but asked for a refund. Last time I give Pizza Hut a chance. Read more
Ordered a meaty marinara pasta and this is what it looked like ???? The manager said the cook forgot to add the cheese and... decided to put it on AFTER it came out of the oven SMH. I told her that is highly unacceptable and shouldn't have even beenplaced in the box. The nerve of yall to give this to me like this is inscrutable and unprofessional. Pizzas are just sad and they can get kind of pricey for a Specialty pizza. Without using their "special deals" (that generally... aren't what you want) you are going to spend as much if you had just gone out to eat. Pizza looks like its on life supportgenerally... Hit Lil Ceasars save $20 bucks... My pizza is dehydrated to the point it shatters when you bite it.. and I'mmissing 2 of my boneless wings... wish I could say im surprised... ;^) Read more
Seems all pizza huts still with dine-in options are getting ignored. Inside is a dump, dirty carpets, tables, walls, etc. Are... the franchise owners just dead beats? Or does the manager not care how the inside looks for its patrons? Cmon, gets a new job orcare about where you work. That said the food was good, hot and fresh, for a pizza hut.
